Could someone be so cool as to hook me up with the handbook? Thanks!

Got it. Thanks all.

Hey guys here… so the other day, this former Rickoid was showing me pictures of last year’s RSI. Apparently there’s a traditional ‘Drag Day’, where everyone gets to crossdress. So, guys, be sure and pack your favorite pretty, pink, lacy tank-top… muahahahaha.

hahaha it’s going to be so much fun!

Still no packet. I’m assuming Memorial Day weekend had something to do with it.
PinnedBot, what part of the country do you live in?
Gee, we Texans get everything last, don’t we. ;)

Yah, all the guys crossdress when we go see the Rocky Horror Picture Show, lol… should be interesting.

And I think no one’s gotten their packet in the mail yet, so don’t worry :D; Hamid just got his early 'cause he’s international.

no no!! you have completely the wrong idea! ![]()
Its not drag-day, its rocky horror night! You all go to see a midnight showing of the cult film “rocky horror”. It’s quite the experience. And its not really cross-dressing, everyone where’s some scandalous female clothing regardless of gender. oh, and its COMPLETELY optional of course!
No need to pack your lacy tank tops! The counselors will take you to “dollar-a-pound” that day where you can buy all the revealing clothes you want for dirt cheap!
I’m sure just reading this makes RSI sound REALLY strange, but…errr…well…it isn’t as strange as it sounds at least.

Anyway, I think nghi(staticsoliloquy) could explain rocky horror night much better than me…;-)

Wow - crossdressing… me? I’ve never done that and I so don’t look forward to it, but that’s just me. However, if things go well with the others I might as well try it lol.

Astrowanna: sorry if I didn’t make it clear. I live in Dubai and things aren’t exactly the same with us. We get emailed rather than mailed, because as you may have experienced with international mailing services, my acceptance letter took about a month to reach here, haha.

lol, right. Sorry, PinnedBot.
On the cross-dressing thing, can the girls dress up in scandalous men’s clothing? I mean, we have to have gender equality here.

you guys are the class of 2005. :)

Anyway, I think nghi(staticsoliloquy) could explain rocky horror night much better than me…;-)

GASP what are you implying chris?!

yeah crossdressing isnt for me either… no go on that

oh and nghi, he thinks your GAY.

o_O

I’m saying nghi’s outfit was, with want of a better word, AWESOME!!
Whereas I, like most of you, decided that the whole cross-dressing thing wasn’t for me, although I did at least see rocky horror! :-P

lol i am GAY! HAH!

but uhm. god give RH a chance. it’s one of the best nights at RSI.

Okay, here’s my attempt to bring this thread back to life. What times are you guys arriving in Boston? I won’t get there until around 4–hopefully I won’t be the last there.

I am arriving at 5 PM.

im actually getting in on sat but i wont go till sun
prob get there late cause my parents wont want to leave me lol, theyre so clingy

ahhh it’s starting this sunday, omg it’s been a YEAR already.
that’s so crazy.

I’m actually here typing this on the MIT admissions office computer! Woohoo! I snuck a peek at Simmons Hall and it’s even more unusual than it looks in the pictures. Anyway, if anyone else is here already we should try to meet up or something.

so where is it located? i’m doing YSP (research for high school students at Northeastern) and i’m wondering how close the rickoids are to the YSP’ers (some are RSI rejects haha)
