attended Canada/USA Mathcamp and AwesomeMath
Also into Computer Science

Will be taking the standard tests, expect to score well

Should I even bother applying to RSI? Also, what is the level of academics, once accepted?

I think you have a shot at RSI. research experience would definitely help as well. However, know that RSI is extremely competitive (2% acceptance rate), and even the most qualified students sometimes get rejected. It’s definitely worth trying for though, and getting in will almost guaruntee your admission to many top colleges.
