<p>I am a junior living on a military base in Japan and have recently applied to the RSI. Knowing previous people who went from DODDS government schools, I am confident I will make it although my credentials are not as high as some applicants in the states (the pool is much smaller overseas so it is less competitive). I want to apply early action to Yale and I’m wondering how much the RSI means to them in the application process.</p>
