<p>I’m an Intl junior interested in attending this year’s RSI. I haven’t taken any american standard test, only mock versions. My ECs are not quite extraordinary (they’re quite above average though), which brings me to the point.</p>
<p>What is more important in the RSI application, the subjective essay and teacher rec part? Or your academic standing?
I think I’ve got some interesting and specific material that could very well get me into RSI, but how much does this weight against the rest of the application? I’ve practically filled the maximum three pages because I felt I had to explain every nook and cranny of my academic life (involved with RSI). Anyway, thoughts?</p>
