<p>Penn State Is BY FAR much BETTER.</p>

<p>RU would hold up well in sciences, philosophy, English and a few others majors but I’d rather go to PSU overall.</p>

anyway, look at the financial packages they give ya. they’re both good. psu is better ranked in the country though.</p>
