Ruiner?

My SAT scores are SAT I: 2350, Math II: 800, US History: 790. My AP scores are 4, 5, 5, 5, and 5.
Would a Physics SAT II score of 690 ruin my image of a “top-tier” student?

Also, as many of you know, the new change in collegeboard’s score reporting policy says that we don’t have to send all of our scores. However, the UC’s require that you send all. Would they know?
In the same way, the UC app says that it wants the transcript of every college that you attended (i.e. for summer courses). I had an unfortunate situation in which I had to “withdraw” from my class. Now I have a “W”. Does this also ruin my image? Would they know if I omit it? I’d rather not have to explain the whole circumstance.

Sorry for the many questions. If you have the answer to just a few (or all!) that’d be so greatly appreciated. :)

I believe even with score choice, every SAT II you took will show up. not 100% though…
The W won’t hurt much, since it’s not like you failed. you might just have had scheduling conflicts or something. I would send the transcript, since your entire future could be jeopardized if they found out.
