<p>Has anyone here heard back from Rutgers MSE? I know the deadline was 1st of March but it is starting to drag, and no one on Grad Cafe has posted a decision either…</p>

<p>What do you think of a PhD in material science engineering at Rutgers New Brunswick? Is it well regarded with employers? I know they’re not in the top 50, and I am a bit worried for my other half…</p>

<p>Rutgers Grads, especially in the sciences/engineering place incredibly well. Johnson & Johnson headquarters is located in new brunswick and Rutgers is it’s #1 feeder school. You aren’t going to be looking for work with a phd in material science from rutgers, that is for sure.</p>
