Hey all. Im new to CC so I don’t even know if this is the right place to post this.
I’m a 3.8 GPA student at am extremely cometetive high school, class rank around 25/700.
My Sat is a 1500 with 750s in my bio, history, chem, and math 2 subject tests.
I have 4/5s in all 7 of my ap classes.
I am an eagle scout, presidents gold service award recipient, and a national merit finalist.
I have many medically related ECs, including the executive board of an exploring program, 200ish hours of hospital volunteering, 100 hours of medical shadowing (neonatologist, ER doc, anesthesiologist, etc.) I am also on several of my school’s honor societies.
I also have about 200 research hours with a local professors on the effects of GFP on medical treatments.
I am a middle class Asian male, and was wondering if in state applicants had an advantage.
I would be grateful if any of you could chance me or answer my question. Again, I’m new so I’m sorry of I’ve broken some sort of tabboo on CC. Thanks again.
