My son didn’t get an email yesterday but on the portal, his status changed to “Admitted from Waitlist”
I’m so happy for him and he really needed this after getting a lot of rejections.
This is a tough year for so many kids.

I got it at 11:31 am PST! Don’t lose hope just yet! I havent even updated my srar and somehow managed to get off the waitlist. I would also look into sending a letter of continued interest to your admissions counselor.

Hi all my son is wait listed for NB SAS, accepted in Newark and Camden. Has anyone heard of any recent acceptances off the waitlist?

I know a few people asked if anyone has been accepted off the waitlist for SAS. My son got accepted after being waitlisted and found out last night. He’s in state, 3.7 gpa, didn’t submit test scores. It was his number one choice so we are thrilled. A week after he was put on the waitlist we sent updated grades via the srar. He emailed his admissions counselor to let her know he did that and that it was his number 1 choice. He asked if there was anything else he could do or submit to give them more info about his qualifications. She said there was nothing else. My son did not receive an email about the acceptance. He has been checking the portal every few days and when he checked last night it was there and stated he was admitted off the waitlist. So there is hope! Good luck everyone! I know it’s so stressful!

Did everyone that applied for honors college receive a response? My daughter was accepted to NB and is saying she has no email for honors college at all. Is it also in the portal? If so where?
Invitation only went out to those got accepted.
It would be both in the portal on the main screen quite prominent and an emails went out on Friday 2/23.
Looks like she didn’t get in. Wish they would send a decline letter! She is a 4.0 uw with 7 APs and 3 dual enrollment. They either didn’t like her essay or the fact CA kids skip the SAT/ACT. Everything happens for a reason! On to the next…. Good luck everyone!
