Rutgers voting problem

Just heard on NPR that a huge number of students’ voter registrations were somehow not recorded. I thought they said 4,000. NJ being a swing state, this seems pretty important! Anybody have details?

It was actually closer to 800. The problem was related to the inability of the local govt to process the rush of voter registration forms that had flooded the office. Currently the University as well as the County of Middlesex are working together to correct any problems in the future.

The 4000 number came from “worst case scenario” estimates.

Who are you? ***… moderators can you delete that post??

How is it funny? Seriously it’s not cool to go around just perpetuating rumors on this forum. Writing that Princeton is for preppy ass white boys wouldn’t be funny either. Moderators-- you can delete this post too i was just making a point… and i think the poster made the same post in another forum.

Not to mention that your post was just completely immature… it had nothing at all to do with anything that the OP had written.

it’s called slutgers for a reason…
