<p>Your low GPA, which I suspect does not put you in the top 50% of your class, calls into question whether you should consider any of them safeties or matches, e.g., Bloomsburg’s average GPA for accepted students is 3.3 and Arkansas’ is 3.5. Also, for the public universities you list, if you are out-of-state, you generally need better stats than in-state. Your SAT places you in range for all of them, so you can apply to any, but don’t assume you are an easy admit.</p>
