Safety school recommendation?

Hi guys as the common app is coming out soon I am just trying to finalize my college list over the next few days. I do not really know where I want to apply as my safety schools. My stats are:
ACT: 35
GPA: 4.0 UW, 4.47 W (9 AP classes)
PSAT: 1510 (I am assuming I will be a NMSF, and if I am will take the SAT to try to become a NMF)
Intended major: Neuroscience, looking to go to medical school after college

My major requirement is a school that could give me merit aid, since my family most likely will not qualify for financial aid. I do not really care if it is a big or small school or anything regarding the location. Please recommend me some schools. Thank you

Loyola Chicago has a strong pre med program. You could probably get a full ride.

Right now, you’d get free tuition at Alabama.

If you make NMF, you’ll get free tuition plus one year of housing plus 3500 per year plus some other goodies.
