<p>What do you guys consider good safety schools? Since I’m applying to transfer in the fall, I’m trying to narrow my list down now so I can get started on essays and things over the summer. Currently I only have one safety. Do I need more?<br>
I was contemplating University of Alabama since I’ll be moving to Huntsville next month and can get in-state tuition. Good choice? Bad choice?

<p>Good choice. Local school where you can get in-state tuition are great backups. Assuming of course it isn’t a reach.</p>
<p>I have a 4.0, UA is definitely not a reach. </p>
<p>I read the reviews though, and they were, for the most part, pretty negative. Anyone else?</p>
