Salads at groundfloor of statler building

Dear all, I visited Cornell university last summer and found with my friend so great salads served at the restaurant in Statler building (near Uris Hall). Back to my country I want to do these kind of salads but I’m unable to remember all the ingredients that were proposed. Is there anyone student or staff or visitor who can help me to give me the list of all ingredients proposed? That would be very nice. Thanks
Nicolas

Maybe post this on the Cornell page?

Just commented on your other post but will repost here:

I assume you’re referring to Terrace, the less superior salad bar at Cornell (in my [correct and heavily debated] opinion).

There are a million ingredients available at all the salad bars at Cornell, so there’s no way of knowing what you chose to put in your salad. They also change some seasonally. But to rattle some off, after choosing your lettuce type, there’s tomatoes, onions, broccoli, various berries, carrots, beets, mushrooms, eggs, chicken, tofu, tuna, bacon, quinoa, tortilla strips, cranberries, various cheeses, croutons, fried egg noodles, different dressings, etc. I’m missing a lot, but those are some.

You can also check out this fun video if you’re interested in the different salad places at Cornell/the debate surrounding them: http://cornellsun.com/2017/03/06/taste-test-campus-salad-showdown/

You can also contact the Statler hotel directly, http://statlerhotel.cornell.edu/contact.aspx
They have few restaurants and offer many different kinds of salad, so try to be specific.
