HP 15.6" Pavillion DV6 series for $599! Check it out.

Specs for those who are interested, as I’m bored:

-Intel Core 2 Duo T6500 (2.1 GHz)
-15.6" Brightview Infinity (glass covered)
-4GB DDR2 memory
-Intel GMA 4500
-320GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
-12 cell battery

haha i just read about this in the ad and I actually saw the computer two weeks ago at its higher price. I’m glad I held off making any decisions!

The only thing I’m really concerned about is the 12-cell battery. Is it really as much of a pain as everyone says it is?

check it out in the store and see for yourself if you’re considering it. they wouldnt make them if they were completely undesirable.

It’s too much for me.

I went to the store and I didn’t like it. The computer was just too big and bulky. I bought a Dell Inspiron from Best Buy for $499, but also got the Black Tie Protection and optimization so the total with tax was $807. It has a 14" screen, 320GB hard drive, 4GB ram, 5.5 hour battery life, webcam, mic…

not bad tenchar

I know right? The one at Staples was the only other one that I’ve seen for under $650 with those specs. If anyone else is looking: [Dell - Inspiron Laptop with Intel® Pentium® Processor - Black - I1440-016B-BLK](http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9357956&type=product&id=1218090589731)

It’ll be a bit more for all y’all because I work at Best Buy and got $55 off the protection plan and $9 off the optimization…so a total of $64.
