<p>Yes, that’s what it means. The only thing you can do after you submit your ED application is to contact Common App’s tech support and ask them to unlock the application for you.</p>
<p>Why don’t you print out your application to send to your ED school? Then you can still work on your essay before submitting your application online to your RD schools.</p>
