We recently did a campus tour at SDSU. No sign of flooding, everything dry and beautiful.
Oh, they mentioned it multiple times, you can take a 1 credit course to learn surfing

Has anyone who applied to SDSU for Music Technology gotten notified?
The Music Technology major hears in March.
Thank you! Wow, you know everything! Do you work in college advising?!
No I do not work in admissions, but have been following Cal State and UC admissions for years.
Do you know about when in March the Music Tech decisions will come out?
Music Technology majors should hear during the large decision wave in March. Last year decisions started March 14 and in 2022 March 11.
Does SDSU release decisions all at one time or over the course of the month? Or staggered like SLO?

2024: Early admits starting December 18- January 2024.
2023: Early admits starting January 24 and a few admits trickling out throughout February. Some auditions based majors heard on March 14. Rolling admission wave starting March 16 and 17th. Waitlists posted March 17. Denials posted Monday March 20, 2023.
Some SDSU acceptances came out in Dec and more in Feb, but its nothing to do with applying to the honors college. Anyone can apply even before being admitted to SDSU. Application deadline for that is March 25, 2024.
The priority consideration deadline for the Honors college was February 26th The March date will have very limited acceptances into the program.
That is correct

Congrats to your son. Question tho … you mention he was also accepted at SDSU? I didn’t think SDSU decisions came out yet. When did your son hear from SDSU? Thx.
Some got their decisions in last Dec itself from SDSU
He got the acceptance email Feb 2nd - I think it was early admissions.
To clarify-2/2 was for SDSU

There is a separate discussion going on the UCSC thread about SDSU and it did not want to derail the UCSC discussion since it can get confusing for other posters. Yes, it was a reply but I moved all the SDSU posts to the proper discussion thread. You can PM the individual if you want to continue the discussion.
