San Jose State or NYU Poly OR San Jose State and transfer to NYU Poly?

I’m facing a dilemma. NYU Poly has offered me a scholarship of twenty grand that allows me to afford the tuition. It also has a program, in which I would be guaranteed admission to a med school - given that I do well enough in school. If I only do an average job, Poly will pay a considerable amount of my graduate school tuition. Still, going to this school in the first place will require that I take out loans.
San Jose State, on the other hand, is incomparably cheaper. However, classes are difficult to get because of the budget cuts. I had originally chosen Poly because I didn’t want to be stuck at san Jose for five years just cuz I can’t get the classes I need, but I just got my ap scores back and san Jose will take nine scores, while Poly will only take four.
Which would be better to go to? And if I did go to san Jose, but then transferred to Poly, what are my chances of getting the scholarship that they have currently offered me?

NYU Poly. It has a better name, they obviously want you, and that instant in to med school is worth gold. NYU also appears to be rated way better than SJSU. SJSU is currently being chewed up by the budget cuts. Teachers are beginning to early retire, classes are being canceled, material shortages abound, and it looks like you can expect 10-15% fee increases every year for quite some time. Finally when you do your cost math, factor in that many SJSU students take courses during the winter and summer breaks in order to get classes, and often go more than four years. I don’t even see a choice here, except for getting cold during the winter :)
