Hello all, I’ve applied to SJSU as a transfer student and was wondering. If I get accepted into the school, will I have priority over a good amount of the students? I am doing Pre-Dental and found that the beginning of chemistry, bio, and physics are highly impacted. I will be transferring with 67 units already completed from community college. Will those units transfer over and will I have priority over other students?

When I say priority, I mean will I have a better chance at getting my classes before other students?

Will I have priority in general at any other CSU? Thanks!

To determine the same information for other colleges, do what I just did for SJSU (as I have no special knowledge of SJSU, I simply went to their website and looked the information up - it took about 15 seconds). Go to the website of CSUs in which you are interested and type in “Articulation agreements” for course transfer info and “Priority registration” for priority registration info.

In general, articulation from California CCs to CSUs and UCs can be looked up at [Welcome to ASSIST](http://www.assist.org) .
