<p>hey i recieved a santa clara snapshot app, which allows me to apply with a fee waiver and without an essay. i was just wondering if anyone knew if there is a catch, like if it is a binding contract or whatever? please help bc SCU has nothing on their website about the SnapShot App. Thanks</p>
