sap appeal

I am a student at Cleveland State University I have been a student at Cleveland State for three semesters now. my first semester was very hard I ended up with a 1.5 GPA but I did pass all my classes however this still put me on financial aid warning so my second semester I had a grade computation error and when my grade was fixed I ended up with 100% completion rate and a cumulative average of 2.04 GPA so I was should have been in good standing I thought. my third semester I had a hard time understanding my teacher in history and at the end of the day he would not accept a paper that I have wrote that would have made the difference in me passing and failing his class and having a cumulative 2.0 average for the third semester so I ended up with an F in his class and a cumulative average of 1.88 so so they suspended my aide and denied my appeal.if I reappeal do you think that it will make a difference because it is very hard for me to pay for school

The problem with an appeal is that you have to state what will change.

You have to have a plan to adjust your GPA in an upward trend. How will you do that?
Sometimes, you have to pay for a semester on your own to prove yourself to the financial aid staff.
