<p>So I have to turn in this SAP form to financial aid but ran into a problem. I opened the form through computer (it’s a .pdf file) and filled out almost everything. When I came to the part that requires my signature, it won’t let me type anything in. </p>
<p>The letter I got from Santa Monica College specifically states that I can “submit the documents electronically by replying by e-mail.”</p>
<p>There are two problems with this statement. One, as I mentioned before, it won’t let me type anything in the signature section. Two, when I open the SAP form, it tells me that “You cannot save data typed to this form. Please print your completed form if you would like a copy for your records.” So, even if I wanted to attach the form without the signature, I wouldn’t be able to. </p>
<p>Furthermore, I wouldn’t physically be able to turn these forms in since they are due by the 20th. (I’m currently in my hometown which is not Santa Monica and I’m not even sure the SMC financial aid office is open on the weekend.)</p>
<p>Is there any way I can submit these electronically? Any other ideas/suggestions? Thanks.</p>
