What the heck does outcast mean here? Anti-social, not many friends, or on a wild tear into their own interests and comfortable with that? Or a really neat , active kid who just isn’t into the same old/same old?
I’dd add Bennington. Get a Fiske Guide and start looking at schools they say are like SL and Reed. And then do the same for each new suggestion. But don’t get fooled when anyone or anything says, eg, that a college is political. You have to see if it’s the right mix for you. And that’s deeper than any one comment.
