SAT 1750

Took Oct. SAT without preparation. Result is not good.

reading 540
math 670
writing 540

Study a little every day and try again in November, or sit for the ACT instead. There are plenty of schools that will take a person with a 1750, though, so all is not lost!

Yeah just try again. Writing is a section that anyone can improve on. Its the most predictable section, in my opinion. Learn all SAT grammar rules like , parallelism, subject-verb disagreement, pronoun case etc. Also for the critical reading section you can improve your score up to 50-100 points memorising vocab. Best of luck

Well, it’s not a “Very Good” score but it is way above the national average of just under 1500. Your Math is very good. My daughter got an 800 on the CR section in Oct. but would kill for your Math score. Her Math score is lower than your CR and W scores. Thank goodness for test optional schools.
Are you a junior? Study at least a bit and re-take in the Spring and I think you’ll be pleased.
Good luck :)
