i scored a 1900 on my SAT and i have a B+ average grade in IB courses. im still a junior but i am very worried that my scores are not good enough to get admitted into a good school. am i likely to get into a good school??

Yes, you would be admitted to over 80% of the colleges in the US.

The definition of good school varies.

If you mean a school like Harvard or Yale, a 1900 SAT and B+ average would hurt your chances, but would not totally destroy them.

But, rest assured, there are many good schools that would accept those scores.

As an IB senior to an IB junior, get rid of this misconception that a 1900 won’t get you into a good school. There are tons out there other than the Ivy League that are just as great. It’ll save you a lot of time in the college search/admission process.

Plus, you have plenty of time to take it again and improve your score to whatever level you like. And try to see if you do better on the ACT. Usually people who don’t do ‘well’ (definition differs from person to person) on the SAT, they do much better on the ACT.
