Sat/assoiciates degree question?!?!

I wasn’t exactly sure were to post this but since the actually question pertains to the SAT I figured I should post it here… I am home schooled, and I have already taken the accu placer for reading and writing. I still need to take a few more online high school courses (through UT at Austin) before I am ready for the math portion. So as of now I can take any classes that relate to the reading and writing portion of the accu placer… So I found out today that you can get your associates in 18 months if you go full time. Here is my plan. I will continue taking the classes for math until i can take the accu placer, meanwhile going to the college classes I can already take, and earning my associates degree. If I do get my associates degree in 18 months I will be 16. Then I am planning on applying for college at a University and finishing my bachelor. And so on… My question is this: I have not taken any other tests other than the accuplacer. At first I figured I would just take the SAT after I get my associates. Since I will be obtaining it a community college I won’t have to take the Sat… But Im not sure if this is allowed… So when do I need to take it? Also what other tests will I need to take? (Im going for colleges like Harvard, Cambridge, and University of British Columbia)
