SAT blue book

Are the tests accurate?

The first 3 tests are actual, previously administered tests that will tell you how well you do with actual scores.

The next set of them (depending on the edition you have, ex. 2nd edition has 10 tests, so the next 7) will be questions taken from a bunch of different, old SATs and just questions made by the collegeboard for prep, with score ranges, so a score range might be 530-610 in math.

The ranges are a conundrum at times, but its best to take the middle score so if you score 530-610, the middle score is a 570.

What about the Kaplan PSAT prep book?

not sure, never used it.
