SAT class question

im going to do PR classes, but i dont know when i should take them. if i do them over the summer, ill have a good PSAT score(btw, is prepping for SATs a good way for PSATs??), but then im not sure if thier refresher course will be good enough for the SATs, when i take them in the spring! former PR class takers, what do you suggest?? also, i might do volunteering during that time of the year, track, clubs, and i have APLit, AP Bio, APCal, and other tough classes too any suggestions??

truthfully, pr classes “just rehash the information” they have from the books.

First, I have never taken a PR course, so I will just state that they are fairly popular so something is going right.

Second, you are not going to lose what you learn. True you may have to refresh, and I strongly recommend that you do refresh b4 the SAT, but you might as well do it now if you have some free time, since school year is usually so hectic.

PSAT will not help you for college unless you think you will get over 210 in which case you may be eligble for Natl Merit Scholarship, but at least you will have an idea as to whether the PR course is making a difference as opposed to waiting until its too late.

Look around many of the posts are from people who took a course, did the work but it didnt work so now they have to change midstream to some other prep method. Use the PSAT to determine if PR is working for you, or if you think you need a change.

I did not really find the PR course helpful. Their books, however, were very helpful.
