Would a 2250 SAT (750 M, 750 CR, 750 W) be different from a 2250 SAT (800 M, 760 W, 690 CR)?
Maybe. It would depend on th school. No way to know but the W score is not as important as the other two,
I’m guessing that usually the 750 across the board would be strongest. The exception might be a non-top-tier STEM school where the CR 690 is within the 50 to 100 % range – which would make the 800 for math stand out. The last score might possibly be stronger also for a hooked, URM, or athletic recruit at a stem school. But you’re safest with the first score because even MIT has stated that after 750, SAT scores cease to matter much.
