I am an international students trying to apply for college in the US. I have heard that colleges curve the test (are not as picky) for non native english speakers and try to benefit minorities and international students. How much does being international really ease of the admission requirements? Do universities really ease the admissions for international students and how much does math weight than the critical reading and writing parts really count on the admission if I am international, non native english speaker. I am a Colombian applying to top universities for engineering and have scores: CR 590, M 720, W 620.

Admissions is much more difficult for international students. Period.

If you can afford the full tuition and fees, what would be a Match for a US applicant will be a Reach for you, and what would be a Safety for a US applicant will be more like a Match.

If you cannot afford the full tuition and fees, and need financial aid, there are no Safeties for you in the US.

Your CR score probably is not good enough for “top” universities. Take the TOEFL. Some might consider you for admission if your TOEFL score is high enough.
