SAT enough or ACT is a must?

If a kid has really good SAT and SAT subject scores, is it enough or he has to take ACT to meet requirement of some top colleges?

The SAT is enough.

Schools don’t care which test is taken, only that one is. Sounds like the kid is done.

In the past it appeared that BYU might have preferred the ACT but they currently state they accept either.
