SAT Essay CheckUp Frequency?

Okay, so I know people have mentioned that colleges sometimes check to read your SAT essay, especially if the score is inconsistent with the quality of your submitted essay. I also know that your SAT essay isnt score for correctness

I’m looking back and reflecting on the college application process and what I may or may not have done wrong.

On my SAT essay, I lied. I blanked out and wrote abour being an orphan.

If a college were to check up on my essay, would this lead to a rejection or a waitlist?

I doubt it would effect you. The SAT essay prompt is very general, and you are allowed to write about almost anything (whether it be fact or fiction) as long as it is on topic.

haha…

i dont think it should make a difference, most colleges (from what i know) arent looking at hte essays during the college admission process b/c its just way too many essays.
