I have had a very negative experience dealing with College Board when they incorrectly scored an essay a 6 (an almost identical essay on same day was scored significantly higher, a 10). Despite submitting both essays to show them their “mistake” and their assignment of the case to a case manager, she/they never addressed the issue. I believe in large part because they do not report to any higher authority. Anyone else had same experience on essay scoring or College Board lack of responsiveness? Thanks for reading.
