Can someone score my essay? I’m generally pretty good at writing but i feel like my SAT essays arent really up to the mark.

The common cliche goes “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. In life we come across many people and situatuions that seem undesirable or daunting at first glance, but have a three dimensionality about them that changes our opinions drastically.
In high school, social life is divided into cliques that are based on a broad set of details: wealth, looks, intelligence, interests, etc… There is always one person however that no one likes or admits into their group. This person lives the life of a social outcast throughout his four year incarceration. At first glance, he may seem a shifty, socially awkward individual in short, thoroughly dislikeable. He wears misfitting clothes that are out of style and walks around with his head constantly down. But when we delve deeper into the revolting aura, we find a kind person. One who is shy and intelligent. Only when the arm of friendship is offered to someone with a generally revolting reputation will we understand the true nature of the person. Judging a book by its cover is horrifically narrow minded when we attempt to understand the broader picture.
When i was in elementary school, I was that person. Always shy and quiet, i became the social outcast that seemed thoroughly dislikeable. No one accepted me for who i was and was constantly bullied. I was never a loser or weirdo like everyone branded me, but I never had the opportunity to change my image. People judged me for what i seemed to be like rather than who i really was.
Adversity in particular has the ability to cloud over a situation to make it seem different from what it really is. Without adversity, a single task seems very straightforward. Once other factors come into play such as the pressure to succeed, a situation seems to become filled with complications hither too unknown. Our emotions are integral in this phenomena. When adversity hits suddenly, our hearts begin to tell us that we can’t do it. It seems as if the whole world is arrayed against you.The situation is never that complicated.
When i first started playing soccer, I was told that there was too much competition, that i started too late, that i wouldn’t make it to any great height in the game. The challenges that I began to face completely obscured the simplicity of the task at hand: have fun while playing. I began to see the game as a momentous factor in where my life would take me, but in reality it wasn’t that enormous. Learning to play soccer had such three dimensionality that in reality, it wasn’t so daunting or challenging as I had first believed it to be.
Whether it be a person or a situation, it is always important to remember that everything is not as it seems. the game that everyone thought would be easy can turn out to be one of the toughest games and the one that seems to be exceedingly difficult can be a blowout. The key here is to understand to not overestimate or underestimate anything. Keeping an open mind is blessed peace.
