SAT French Study Thread

Yoohoo. Anyone out there who wants to do some last-minute studying/drilling with me? (:

I wish, but I’m still cramming for Physics … ew.

Mais, bonne chance! Et n’oublie pas que francais est la meilleur langue!

How’d everyone do today? (: The Princeton Review tests I used were probably spot-on.

I actually thought the Princeton Review tests were much easier than the actual thing, at least in terms of vocab and grammar. The reading was definitely about the same.

I only left 2 blank, though, and I’m pretty confident in most of my other answers. We’ll see how it turns out.

Good luck everyone! And just confirming, “des que” was one of the answers?

I remember seeing that as an option but I don’t think I put it down. I don’t recall what answer I did put, though.

"J’aimerais visiter […] _______ vous en aurez de temps […]

The answers were “des que”, “pourvu que”, “si”, and something else.

OTL I didn’t think pourvu que was correct because it would have to be followed by subjonctif, and si is only ever followed by present or imparfait.

AAAAAAAAAH. Do you think the curve will be lenient at all?

Nah, I’m pretty sure you’re right on that one. Maybe I did put “des que”… I might have slipped up and put “si” though. Either way I think you got it.
