I checked the Yale website which said it requires 3 SAT II’s but it lead me to believe that that was if you were submitting the old SAT I test. I’d just like a clarification before I sign up for another SAT II test. Thanks!

From the Yale website:

Standardized Testing
Yale requires submission of the College Entrance Examination Board (CEEB) Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT I) and any combina-tion of three SAT II Subject Tests, or the American College Test (ACT). If you will take the ACT, understand that Yale is one of the schools that require the ACT Writing Test wherever that option is available. For students graduating from high school in 2006, Yale will also accept the “old” SAT I or the ACT taken before February 2005.

Nothing here would lead me to believe they want anyting other than 3 SATII’s.

CEEB… what is this and when/where do we take it???

It’s not an exam. CEEB = College Entrance Examination Board = College Board

oh, okay… good was worried because it sounded like a list…
thank you!!

Indeed, the requirement for the SAT I with writing plus 3 SAT IIs is new for the class of 2011. Last year it was the SAT I with writing plus 2 SAT IIs or the old SAT with 3 SAT IIs one of which had to be the writing. Or the ACT with No SAT IIs.

Now I need to study Chemistry from scratch… I haven’t touched it since the GCSE O levels…2 years ago.
