SAT II Scores or ACT Score? Advice please!

Hello,

I have a question about schools that accept the ACT in lieu of both the SAT I and the SAT II tests. Here are my stats:

ACT: C35 E35/M35/R34/S35
Subject Tests: MII 750 PHY800

Are my subject test scores good enough to send in and of themselves or should I omit them from my application and only send my ACT score since SATIIs are optional for these schools? I’m applying to selective schools.
