SAT II Scores

The App only leaves two spaces for SAT subject test scores. I took 3, one in Modern Hebrew (800) Biology E (700) and US History (710) and I’m applying as a political science major. Which ones should I use?

If I were you I would definitely choose Hebrew and US History.

They both relate to your major strongly.

You don’t apply as any kind of major. The app only asks you to list majors you are considering, and you don’t get to declare your major until spring of your second year (since you would be applying to CC). Obviously you would list your highest ones, but you should probably list in your additional info section your bio score as well.

Are you a native Hebrew speaker?
I don’t know for a fact whether adcoms look down upon like Hispanics getting 800s in Spanish or Chinese getting 800s in Chinese, but personally, it’s not all that impressive.

I’m sure almost every single person on this board could get an 800 on an English SATII.

If you like took Hebrew school lessons, studied hard, blah blah blah and got an 800, grats and use that one and the US history one, I think, (no harm in additional information-ing your Bio) .

But otherwise, I don’t know whether to use the Hebrew one. But I imagine you took that into considering when you started this thread. If it was just about numbers, the answer is obvious, but it is not.

Look people, it doesn’t matter. Your score report will be sent to the school, and they’ll see all you SAT II scores. For that section (it’s plain obvious) just put down your best scores. period.
