SAT ii US History: PR's AP US History enough for 800?

<p>Is memorizing the Princeton Review’s AP US History enough for an 800?</p>

<p>(At least I sincerely hope not.)</p>

<p>You have to be able to use the information you have to answer questions you may not have seen. Memorizing the whole guide - if that were even possible - may actually inhibit doing that.</p>

<p>Personally I don’t think so. I got an 800, but I used AMSCO in addition to PR. I don’t think PR has enough details to use alone to get 800.</p>

<p>Everything I’ve heard suggests that AMSCO is by far the best way to go to prepare for this test.</p>

<p>Has anyone out there gotten an 800 using just PR?</p>

<p>By the way, I took AP US History last year, went through a textbook, and got a 5, but haven’t looked at us history since then. If I know everything in PR (plus various other things i may or may not remember from my class), am I set?</p>
