What’s a good score on the SAT IIs for Duke?

I think it depends on which SAT II test you’re taking. An 800 on Chem SAT II corresponds to the 93rd %tile (iirc) while an 800 on World History belongs in the 99th %tile of test takers. Either way, a 700+ score means that you are well-qualified in a subject area, and that is probably what most would call “a good score” for any college. I do doubt that it would make you any more competitive, since literally everyone on CC has 700+'s on their SAT IIs.
