I realize it’s past the deadline for turning in the SAT IIs. However, if i submit my AP scores for Calculus, English, Computer Science, and Spanish, would this be able to compensate for the lacking in that area?

You’d better ask admissions - they say the SAT IIs are not mandatory, but highly recommended, on their website.
