<p>I know that if you take the ACT, you do not need to take the SAT IIs. However, is it still recommended that you take them, regardless? Right now, I’m planning to take the SAT II US History exam, but will take the ACT in April.</p>

<p>That is so not true (well, for Yale it is). It really depends on what schools you’re applying to. This is CC so I’m assuming you’re aiming for HYPSMC, and if you are, then SAT IIs are in your future :D</p>
