SAT Is or SAT IIs in October?

Hi guys...Ive been a lurker on here for quite some time but now i need some help..:)

Anyway, Im going to be a senior next year, in a not quite rural but not quite urban 5A school in oregon, and (somewhat obviously) i am an Asian. I plan to apply to some of the ivy leagues (favoring HYP and UPenn) and other similar schools (Stanford, MIT, etc). I've got some pretty good ECs, but in no ways especially unique and great. I've taken my SAT Is for the first time this June, and my scores...were not exactly to my liking (or expectation). I did take the SAT IIs on the May date and did pretty well on them, and along with our state mandated ACT test in April. Here are my scores:

SAT IIs:
Chemistry 800
Math II 800

ACT
35 Composite - 33 E, 36 M, 34 R, 35 S, and a 9 in writing

SAT:
2220 Total
740 CR, 800 M, and 680 W (10 Essay)

Now, my questions are:
A) How is that SAT score for an Ivy league school? Should I retake? I know I can get around a 20 point increase in CR, but I dunno how much I can increase my writing. However...I was a bit lazy and only did two sections of CR and W before the test...the timed writing portion was not that problematic from Timed Writes in APUSH, AP lit, etc.

B)What should I do on the October test date? I plan to submit ED to MIT or some Ivy school (depending on who still has it now). Should I just use my ACT score, or is that low for the Ivies too? Should I take more subject tests (US History, Biology M: i would like an 800 on each, as I just took AP bio and plan on going into molecular biology, and I took APUSH last year, so a bit of reviewing would do?) or should I take the SATs again then? If I do take the SATs, how much improvement would I see point-wise, as it will be my second time taking the test?

C) This is kind of an unrelated question, but what should I focus on more during the summer? ECs (marksmanship and car restoration (more of rebuilding my own car, but..)) or SATs or college visits?

That was a mouthful...X)...but i think thats it for now :); Thank you in advance for your help

A) I would try to raise writing but with a 35 ACT I don't think either would make a huge difference.
C) EC's but try to fit some college visits in there.

Don't take anymore SAT IIs unless you want to apply to Georgetown which requires three. I don't think it's worth wasting the test date if you already have 2 800's.

hmm..does anybody have the SAT and ACT score ranges for the Ivies? the ones i've seen varies...a lot.

rainbowrose: how do Ivies look on "unranked" ECs? due to some scheduling conflicts, I could not take the ROTC class, therefore i was unable to be actually "ranked" for marksmenship. should I still put that on my application though?
and which schools requires three SAT IIs now? I've looked them up a while back but now everything's changed...i.e. harvard wanting 2 now and all that. and btw r u a senior next year 2? X)

bump help please? X)
