I have taken the SAT four times and so far my highest score is a 1600.
Should I keep taking it again or just give up ?
Why would you expect different results this time?
ACT?
Try the ACT. The two exams are very different–the SAT being reasoning based with the ACT being knowledge based–and most people I know who struggled with the SAT found the ACT much more accessible. Research the differences between the two (http://www.studypoint.com/ed/act-vs-sat/ is helpful) and decide if you believe the ACT could be a better fit for you.
^ I agree with trying the ACT. It’s different.
Have you prepped? You should try practicing with some review books for the exam, whether it be the SAT or ACT.
Try ACT
take the act, for sure
@toffee1703 i cant take the ACT bc it is not offered where I live- Israel
@CaliCash i have prepped but I guess not enough
then i would recommend prepping as much as possible and taking the last possible sat before college admissions - that gives you the most time to prep and helps increase your possibility of doing well
ACT testing in Israel - http://www.actstudent.org/regist/outside/
You could look at test-optional schools.
@“Erin’s Dad” thanks!
