<p>15 year S approved for large block answer sheet by CollegeBoard, but not approved for extended time or mark in test booklet accommodations. Currently his IEP gives him extended time and mark in test booklet for tests at school. He is diagnosed with over-convergence and visual motor integration issues.</p>
