<p>A Test Prep organization was using actual collegeboard test questions for practice for their students. </p>

<p>“The College Board’s lawsuit said some students’ scores could be canceled if – though through no fault of their own – they were allowed to practice on a test form that was later part of their scored exam.”</p>

<p>They’re getting really serious about this since they do reuse some of the same portions. Kind of scary how they can cancel your score if they find out that you took a test that you normally couldn’t get. Collegeboard then goes to say that you don’t need these courses, rather doing practice tests, which I think is the whole idea of prepping.</p>

<p>There’s no way that CollegeBoard is going to go on some hunt online to look for sites that give away SATs. I mean people are more focused on people downloading music , movies, and other media. The last group of people that anyone would want to bug is someone preparing for their SATs. These test prep courses are making thousands of dollars per person who take the course, and then they give them Collegeboard questions. You CAN’T do that because it’s illegal and you’re gaining money off of someone else’s material. Anyone who downloads an SAT for a practice test should be fine as long as they aren’t using it for money.</p>
