<p>I would go with the Gruber’s Math Workbook.</p>
<p>In order to instantly catch the problem, you should solve a lot problems. I think you should do as many practice exams as possible. Make sure the answers make sense to you. Read all the explanations for those you do not get right until you know what is going on.</p>
