I recently got a 780 on the math ii, and I’m really disappointed because I take higher level math courses. Currently, as a sophomore, I’m taking AP Calculus BC. I’m and asian male, so I know that in order to get into to top tier schools, I should be getting the best scores possible. So should I retake the math ii or just concentrate on my AP s and other subject tests?

I asked the same exact question with the same score. Here’s the thread: <a href=“Math Level II: Top Tier Colleges - SAT Subject Test Preparation - College Confidential Forums”>Math Level II: Top Tier Colleges - SAT Subject Test Preparation - College Confidential Forums;

DON’T start a new thread if a thread has already been made. I’m asian, and I got a 780 as well. The general consensus is that I should focus on other subject tests and AP exams because colleges don’t really differentiate between 780 and 800 that much.

A) not much difference between a 780 and 800
B) says something about a person who would retake a 780
C) what B says about you is not helpful to getting in
