SAT Math

I am applying to MIT and I got a 790 on the SAT 1 math section, but a 650 on the SAT 2 math 2...which one will MIT look at more?

I seems like Sat II tbh, cuz it ACTUALLY tests you on higher end math, rather than how few careless mistakes can u make in under 25 minutes. (SatI), can you retake in jan tho?

MIT will look at the scores that show you in the best light, but that being said, they do require a Math SAT 2 score, so your Math 2 score will come into play there.

Seeing as you scored so high on the SAT math section, why don't you try Math I in January? MIT weighs both Math SAT 2s equally. Of course, it is completely up to you whether you decide to retake it or not.
