SAT mistake

<p>When I first filled out my Common Application I had only taken the May SAT so that was all I put in. However, I also took the September SATs and I did a bit better on those. I didn’t realize today until I was finalizing my application for the U of Chicago that I never added my Sept. SAT.</p>

<p>I was wondering if I should e-mail the colleges I’ve already applied to about the error or not, since I did formally submit my scores through the College Board website. They will be able to physically see them on that, but I’m not sure if they will actually notice it since I didn’t put it in my app.</p>

<p>You should call the admissions offices about this to confirm that they got your sept scores and that they are considering them. That way itll raise a flag so they’ll know ‘oh! look! scores!’ :D</p>

<p>The response you received sounds good to me. Fax or postal mail would probably be better than a phone call right now, and definitely better than email. Bottom line, though, they’ll add your September scores to your file and consider them.</p>
